We ship from Arizona within 5-7 business days, typically it is quicker. It just depends on the season. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way. Transit times vary by carrier and location. Please bring packages inside promptly in warm weather, otherwise they will melt.

1. Take clear photos of the damaged item, the shipping box, and the shipping label.
   
2. Email me at: myndi@desertblossomcandleco.com within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and photos.
   
3. Keep all packaging until we confirm the claim.
   

We will replace or refund the damaged item right away. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a comparable replacement or a refund. Gift orders are welcome to contact us directly using the order number or the sender name.

- Please do not ship the item back without contacting us first. It is generally not necessary.

We use a coconut soy wax blend, cotton, zinc or wood wicks, and phthalate free fragrance oils. No paraffin. Clean ingredients for a beautiful burn and scent throw.

Trim the wick before each light 1/4 inch for cotton, 1/8 inch for wood. Let the first burn reach a full melt pool 2 to 3 hours. Burn on a heat safe surface, away from drafts, for no more than 4 hours at a time, and stop use with 1/2 inch of wax remaining. Keep away from children and pets.
